I was honestly skeptical because we've bought "good" backpacks before that fell apart by March. This one feels different. The stitching is clean, the straps don't twist, and my daughter actually likes how it looks, which — if you have a teenage girl — you know is half the battle.

Good quality overall and my son likes it. My only issue is I wish there were more colour options — he's 13 and the choices felt a bit young for him. That said, the build quality is genuinely impressive and his back pain from last year hasn't come back.

Solid bag, my son uses it daily for Grade 9. The laptop sleeve fits his 15" Chromebook without any fuss. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the zipper on the side pocket feels a little stiff. Everything else is great and it arrived in two days.

On cherchait quelque chose de solide pour l'hiver parce que mon fils traîne son sac dans la neige tous les matins. Le tissu semble vraiment résistant à l'humidité — après deux semaines en janvier, rien n't a imbibé à l'intérieur. Très satisfait.
(Translation: We were looking for something sturdy for winter because my son drags his bag through the snow every morning. The fabric seems genuinely water-resistant — after two weeks in January, nothing soaked through inside. Very happy.)

My daughter carries a ridiculous amount of textbooks every day and was coming home with red marks on her shoulders. After a month with this bag, she hasn't complained once. The padding is substantial without making the bag feel bulky. Shipping to Montreal was faster than I expected too.

The backpack is fantastic, but the delivery took almost a week instead of 3 days as expected. That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Customer support was responsive, though, and the backpack itself is worth it!
