1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Personalized or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please fill out our official return form:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll email you detailed return instructions.
You may choose to:
- Use your own shipping method (with tracking); or
- Request a prepaid return label (a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- If the product is returned used, damaged, or without original packaging, a partial refund or rejection may apply.
4. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different color or style), please follow the return steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked “Sale”
- Personalized or customized items
- Opened water bottles, thermoses, or food containers (for hygiene reasons)
