At MyKite.ca, we make returns simple and risk-free. If something doesn’t work for you, you can return it easily within the timeframes below.
Standard returns: 14 days from delivery
MyKite Club members: 30 days from delivery
Free returns on all eligible items — we provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
2. 30-Day Returns for Members
- Applies to active MyKite Club members at the time of purchase. Join here.
- Same return conditions as standard returns.
- Exclusions listed below still apply.

- After approval, we will email return instructions.
- Free return shipping — we provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
- You can also use your own carrier if preferred (tracking required).
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items may be partially refunded or declined.
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item, place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale or Clearance items
- Personalized or custom products
- Opened water bottles, thermoses, or food containers (hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund after review
8. Return Shipping & Packaging
- Pack items securely, preferably in original packaging
- Include your order number inside the package
- Keep your tracking number until the refund is completed
9. Gift Returns
- If you received an item as a gift, contact us with the recipient’s name and we will assist with the return.
