Return Policy – 14-Day Returns (30-Day for Members)

1. Standard Returns (14 Days)
You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong or a defective item.
2. Extended Returns for Members (30 Days)
Members of MyKite Club get 30 days from delivery to return eligible items.
- Membership must be active at the time of purchase (account + email subscription).
- Same item condition rules as in Section 1.
- Exclusions in Section 6 still apply.
3. How to Start a Return
Submit the form here: https://mykite.ca/product_returns
- After approval, we email return instructions.
- You can ship with your carrier (with tracking), or request a prepaid label.
- If you use our label, we deduct the label cost from the refund.
4. Refunds
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
- We process refunds within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items may receive a partial refund or be declined.
5. Exchanges
Place a new order for the replacement item and return the original using the steps above.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Opened water bottles, thermoses, or food containers (hygiene).
- Gift cards.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We replace or refund after review.
8. Return Shipping and Packaging
- Pack items securely in original packaging when possible.
- Include the order number inside the package.
- Keep the return tracking number until the refund is complete.

By submitting a return, you agree to this policy. This policy applies to purchases at MyKite.ca shipped within Canada. We reserve the right to update the policy to reflect changes in operations or law.
