Return Policy – Hassle-Free 14-Day Returns at MyKite.ca

At MyKite.ca, we make returns simple and risk-free. If something doesn’t work for you, you can return it easily within the timeframes below.

Standard returns: 14 days from delivery
MyKite Club members: 30 days from delivery

Free returns on all eligible items — we provide a prepaid return label at no cost.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.

2. 30-Day Returns for Members

  • Applies to active MyKite Club members at the time of purchase. Join here.
  • Same return conditions as standard returns.
  • Exclusions listed below still apply.

3. How to Start a Return

  • After approval, we will email return instructions.
  • Free return shipping — we provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
  • You can also use your own carrier if preferred (tracking required).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items may be partially refunded or declined.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Opened water bottles, thermoses, or food containers (hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund after review

8. Return Shipping & Packaging

  • Pack items securely, preferably in original packaging
  • Include your order number inside the package
  • Keep your tracking number until the refund is completed

9. Gift Returns

  • If you received an item as a gift, contact us with the recipient’s name and we will assist with the return.
