At MyKite.ca, we focus on fast, reliable delivery for families across Canada. Most orders ship from our Canadian warehouse; in some cases we can also arrange special pre-orders from Europe for selected models.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
- In-stock items (Canada): usually ship within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch
Delivery times below are typical estimates provided by our carriers. Actual transit time can vary during peak seasons (back-to-school, holidays), severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
- Greater Toronto Area (GTA): ~1–2 business days
- Ontario & Quebec (major cities): ~2–4 business days
- Western Canada & Atlantic provinces (major centres): ~3–7 business days
- Remote & rural locations: ~7–14+ business days depending on the carrier’s service level
We currently ship only within Canada.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Free Shipping Across Canada on orders over $75 CAD (before taxes, after discounts).
- For orders under $75 CAD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and carrier.
- Extra charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations, oversize parcels, or special delivery services. Any surcharge will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Toronto & GTA Delivery
For eligible addresses in Toronto and the GTA we may offer expedited local delivery or courier options. These choices will appear automatically at checkout when available for your postal code.
- Local deliveries are completed on business days between approximately 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Depending on the service, the parcel may be handed to you, left with building staff, or safely dropped at your door.
- By choosing a no-signature / safe-drop option, you agree the carrier can leave the parcel in a secure spot at the address you provided.

We use trusted Canadian carriers to deliver your order:
- Canada Post
- Purolator
- UPS / FedEx or regional courier services (depending on region)
Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (unit number, buzzer, postal code, phone).
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
- If the carrier cannot deliver, they may leave a notice and take the parcel to a nearby pickup location or depot.
- Packages not collected within the carrier’s holding period are usually returned to us. If this happens, we can reship the order once the additional shipping fee is paid.
Order Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email (and/or SMS if enabled) with your tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the carrier’s system to update.
Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages
- Marked “Delivered” but not received: first check with household members, neighbours, concierge, and common delivery spots. If the parcel is still missing after 48 hours, contact us and the carrier. We may open an investigation with the carrier; this usually takes several business days.
- Damaged on arrival: please keep the packaging and take clear photos of the box and the product. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help with a replacement or solution according to our Returns & Warranty Policy.
Once a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected items.
Pre-Orders & Special Orders from Europe
Our main focus is in-stock products in Canada. From time to time we may offer pre-orders or special orders for new or limited European collections.
- Any pre-order or special-order item will show an estimated shipping date on the product page.
- If there is a significant delay compared to the estimate, we will contact you by email with options.
- You may request to cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before the order is dispatched.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we normally ship everything together once all items are ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders or contact us to discuss a paid split shipment.
If you are interested in a model that is not currently available in Canada, you can always contact our team to check if a special order is possible.
Taxes & Currency
All prices on MyKite.ca are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and will appear before you confirm payment. We ship only within Canada, so there are no additional customs duties or import fees on delivery.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as other secure payment options displayed at checkout. Payment is captured when you place your order.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Delays
- If you need to change the address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify orders that have not yet entered the shipping process.
- Once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. Weather, peak season volume, and other external factors may cause delays.
