At MyKite.ca, we ship quickly and reliably across Canada. All orders are dispatched from our Canadian location — no customs duties or import fees on delivery.

- Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding statutory holidays.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
- We recommend using a physical address for courier deliveries (UPS, Purolator, FedEx).
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email (and SMS if enabled) once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, check with neighbours or your building first.
- If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will assist with an investigation.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Pre-Orders & Special Orders
- Some items may be available for pre-order with estimated shipping dates shown on the product page.
- If delays occur, we will contact you with updated options.
- Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before shipment.
- Orders with mixed items may ship together unless split shipping is arranged.
Taxes & Currency
All prices are in CAD. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.
